Working as a Home Health Aide, Laura has only been with Central Star Home Health Care since 2019 but she continues to impress her co-workers and the management team every day with her uplifting and positive attitude. “She is so easy to work with”, stated Trina Ward, Patient Care Advocate at Central Star. “She is very ambitious and full of energy”, she continued. Laura is compassionate, caring and flexible. The team agrees, she is a great asset to Central Star.

In her spare time she tries to find time for her hobby, crocheting. Ms. Duncan’s reason for entering the home health profession was based on her enjoyment in helping people. When asked why she has chosen Central Star as her employer she smiled and said, “because the clients are amazing and the staff is very helpful”.
