At Central Star Home Health, providing quality care takes a team. While our field staff are out caring for patients each day, there is also a dedicated office team working behind the scenes to provide the communication, coordination, clinical oversight, and support that help make that care possible.
We also believe there is value in putting a face with a name. Whether you are a patient, family member, community partner, or member of our field staff, knowing the people on the other end of the phone can make those connections feel a little more personal.
