Nicholas “Nick” was chosen as the August Employee Of The Month for Central Star Home Health, the Ontario, Ohio branch of the Star Multi Care family of Companies. He was selected primarily due to his willingness to help clients and other staff members. Nick is characterized as being a very ambitious, dependable and dedicated home health aide. He is always ready to pick up extra shifts or to cover a shift for another staff member.

Nick claims he chose to be a Home Health Aide due to his older, half-brother who has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy. He has always enjoyed helping his brother as well as other people. “I chose Central Star because I saw some really good reviews on line’, Nick stated. After completing the application, he remembers coming into the office for the interview and noticing how “great the office staff were and everyone seemed so genuine”, he recalled. He knew at that time that he wanted to be a part of that special team.

Nick stated that he “loves being an aide at Central Star because the clients are awesome!”. There is also plenty of work which he claims to be a good thing because he is never bored and the volume keeps him on his toes. “Everything and everyone is awesome!”, Nick concluded.

In his free time Nick enjoys spending time with his fiancé, playing video games and playing with his dogs. He also takes pleasure in going on adventures and trying new things. The Central Star family is thrilled that Nick is a part of the team.
