Central Star Home Health Care is proud to announce August’s Employee of the Month, Aaryn Hinklin, LPN. Aaryn was nominated as a result of her superior work ethic and the exceptional care she provides to each of her clients.

“Aaryn is an amazing nurse She continues to go above and beyond to provide excellent care to her patients and displays a kind and friendly attitude to all visitors, family members and staff alike”, stated Trina Ward, Human Resources Coordinator for Central Star. She cited Aaryn’s knowledge, experience and great personality as traits that assist the branch to achieve their mission of continuously meeting and exceeding the expectations of our customers on a daily basis.

Aaryn has been a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Central Star since 2015. Her desire to become a nurse launched from her previous nursing background. She was a State Trained Nursing Assistant (STNA) for 7 years prior to becoming an LPN. In addition, Mrs. Hinklin worked as a licensed in-home childcare provider through the State of Ohio for 10 years. Aaryn stated “I have always loved being a caretaker in one form or another. Being a nurse is a huge blessing. I love being able to give back to my patients and their families at their greatest time of need.”

Aaryn and her husband are currently on the path of becoming licensed therapeutic foster parents for children with special needs. She also enjoys spending time with family, camping, going to the gym and attending church.
