Make Room for Your Own Peace

Allow yourself the space and the time to have your own peace. If that’s a few minutes of meditation every morning, then make that sacred for yourself. Whatever it is that gives you peace needs to be a priority. If that’s a daily run or a trip to the gym, then that’s your peace. Find what works for you.
